Terms of use
The fine print, kept short and clear.
These terms cover your use of Loopsaw, made by HitScore Labs LLC. By playing, you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Playing the game
Loopsaw is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fun. Please don't reverse engineer the app, cheat in the weekly tournament (for example with automation or modified apps), or try to get around its limits.
In-app purchases
- Coins, unlimited-lives time and the Starter Pack are consumable purchases. They're added to the game on the device where you buy them and are used up as you play. Because they live on your device, they can't be restored after deleting the app or moved to another device.
- Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It isn't a subscription, and you can restore it on any of your iPhones and iPads with Settings › Restore purchases.
- Apple handles payment, refunds and Family Sharing under its own terms. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Coins, lives and boosters
Coins, lives, boosters, event tokens, badges and trophies are game items. They have no cash value, can't be sold, traded or transferred, and may be adjusted if we change the game's balance or fix a bug.
Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob between levels, and offers optional reward ads. Remove Ads turns off the ads between levels.
Events
Seasonal events run for a limited time on the dates shown in the game. Event levels close when an event ends. Rewards you claimed and badges you earned stay yours.
Weekly tournament
The tournament uses Apple's Game Center. Prizes are in-game coins and trophies, have no cash value, and are awarded once per week based on Game Center's final standings. We may remove scores that look automated or impossible, and we may change or end the tournament.
Challenge links
A challenge link shows your time, score and moves to anyone who has it. Only share links with people you're happy to see your result.
The scenes
Every world in Loopsaw is original artwork generated by the app. Seasonal events celebrate holidays and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any organization.
No warranty
Loopsaw is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and online features (ads, purchases and the tournament) depend on Apple and Google. To the extent the law allows, HitScore Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. If we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
